Get out on the water and learn how to stand up paddle with world class instructors. You'll have a blast!
Poseidon Stand Up is LA first dedicated SUP shop. Our instructors have been stand up paddling for the last decade and have more time in the water than almost almost anyone in the sport. You will receive instruction from world class watermen. Each lesson is tailored to the individual, picking the best location and equipment to fit your experience level and comfort in the water.
Instruction Locations:
Prices: $120 for each 1.5 hour lesson. Price includes use of stand up paddle board, paddle and leash (bring a wetsuit if you have it!)We have a small selection of wetsuits if you need one. Click here to purchase SUP Lesson Gift certificates.
Basic Lessons: flat-water): Learn the basics of safety of Stand Up Paddling. In your first lesson we guarantee you will be out on the water and paddling. Techniques covered will include launching your board in the ocean, basic paddle techniques, general water safety.
Advanded tours: Once your skills have advanced we offer coastal tours of the Malibu coastline. Experience blue waters, hidden beaches, abundant wildlife and good company.
